UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI MENULIS GURU DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19 MELALUI IN HOUSE TRAINING DI SMK NEGERI 1 SUKANAGARA

ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to improve the literacy skills of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic through in-house training. The research method used in this research is School Action Research (PTS) or School Action Research. The implementation of the action was carried out in two cycles with four main activities in each cycle, namely: (a) planning, (b) implementation, (c) observation, and (d) reflection. The research subjects were all teachers who teach at SMKN 1 Sukanagara. The data collection tools used are interviews, observations and document studies (questionnaires). The results showed that through In-Huose Training activities there was a significant increase in the ability of teachers to develop writing literacy skills during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is evidenced by the teacher being able to make writings that are ready to be published into a book by 52.38% from 19.05% cycle 1 and 71.43% cycle 2.

 

ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi menulis guru di masa pandemi covid-19 melalui in house training. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) atau School Action  Research. Pelaksanaan tindakan dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus dengan empat kegiatan utama pada setiap siklusnya adalah: (a) perencanaan, (b) pelaksanaan, (c) pengamatan, dan (d) refleksi. Subjek penelitian seluruh guru yang mengajar di SMKN 1 Sukanagara. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melalui kegiatan In-Huose Training terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi menulis dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan guru mampu membuat tulisan yang telah siap dipublikasikan menjadi sebuah buku sebesar 52,38% dari 19,05 % siklus 1 dan 71,43% siklus 2.
